When you submit your project description and provide your contact information, Finalcleanup.com will attempt to locate suitable Cleaning Service Provider in your area, who will contact you directly. However, we do not guarantee that we will be able to match your request with a suitable cleaning contractor, if any.

Although we attempt to verify the credentials of our Cleaning Service Providers, we make no guarantees nor endorsements regarding the skills or the quality of the job that the cleaning contractors may perform for you if you hire them. Finalcleanup.com does not endorse or recommend the services of any particular cleaning Service Provider. It is entirely up to you to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach agreement with a Cleaning Service Provider, and we do not guarantee or warrant their performance on the project or the outcome or quality of the services that they performed.

The Cleaning Service Providers affiliated with Finalcleanup.com are not employees or agents of Finalcleanup.com nor is Finalcleanup.com an agent of the Cleaning Service Providers. Finalcleanup.com does not perform cleaning services, and is not responsible for any of the services requested by you in your cleaning project submission or via your directory search.

When you enter into a contract with any Cleaning Service Provider, your rights are governed by the terms of that contract and by applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws. Should you have a dispute with any Cleaning Service Provider, you must address the dispute with the Cleaning Service Provider, or the Cleaning Service Providers representative directly.

BY USING THE FINALCLEANUP.COM SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE FINALCLEANUP.COM (AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) AND ANY OTHER PERSON, FIRM, OR ENTITY FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES OR CLAIMS (INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES) OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND DISCLOSED OR UNDISCLOSED, IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR DEALINGS WITH CLEANING SERVICE PROVIDERS.

2. What is a Pre-screened Cleaning Service Provider?

Pre-screened Cleaning Service Providers have had their license and insurance information verified by Finalcleanup.com. NOTE: Certification only indicates that the license and insurance are valid on the certification date. Subsequent changes in a contractor's license and insurance a certainly possible, and for this reason it is essential for you to verify a contractor's license and insurance before signing a contract. Do not rely solely on the information provided on this site for your hiring decisions. Finalcleanup.com does not accept any responsibility for the validity or accuracy of any Cleaning Service Provider licensing or insurance information, for any cleaning contractor's performance or conduct, or for or any other matter related to the cleaning contractor, homeowners, building owner or construction building general contractor interaction.

3. Testimonial Policy

Finalcleanup.com makes no claim to verifying the authenticity or accuracy of any testimonial before it is published to it's website. Finalcleanup.com will not edit testimonials in any way other then to correct spelling mistakes and blatant grammatical errors. Finalcleanup.com has the discretion to remove testimonials that include foul or vulgar language.

A copy of your testimonial(s) may be sent to the cleaning contractor you have reviewed. The cleaning contractors have the opportunity to post their rebuttal when receiving an unfavorable testimonial.

Homeowners, building owners and building general contractors should be careful to only post accurate statements about their experience with their cleaning contractors, as slander laws are designed to protect people/companies from testimonial misuse.

Homeowners, building owners and building general contractors can post only one testimonial per cleaning contractor per job, although homeowners, building owners and building general contractors can edit their testimonial upon further reflection. All changes will be subject to the same review process as new testimonials.
