User must also provide financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill membership orders. Your public profile is also used for sending service providers project “Leads”.

SERVICES REQUESTED

Services are requested from potential customers during our registration process. Potential customer then provides specific information about the service that they would like to have performed. With the exception of our service providers, we do not collect financial information from potential customers.

FEES AND CHARGES

Finalcleanup.com accepts payment for membership by credit card, company check or money order. All fees are payable in US dollars. You must provide Finalcleanup.com, with current and valid credit card account information at the time that you first subscribe to our web site. We will then bill your credit card for the total annual dues. Cancellation can be made five business days after initial enrollment signup stage only. Funds are non-refundable their after. LEAD FEES

When a service provider participates in our network and specify on how they would like to receive their leads, that service provider authorizes Finalcleanup.com to provide them with communications from us. Lead fees are placed in an escrow account for future leads and lead fees are non-refundable. Depending on the project type and sizes, lead fees can range from $10 for residential customers and $20.00 for commercial customers in US dollars per lead. Leads are sent to you via the communication methods you have specified in your Finalcleanup.com profile that match the criteria established by you in your Finalcleanup.com profile. If leads are not sent with the proper information to establish a bid proposal to the potential customer, we will refund your escrow account the full amount of the lead fee.

OTHER FEES

In the near future, service provider will have the opportunity to purchase form files that may contain information to help with business operations. These forms should be look over with your legal represented to assure accuracy that applies to your business operation. In no way Finalcleanup.com is liable for any misuse of these form files.

LICENSING & INSURANCE

Finalcleanup.com confirms trade licensing information provided by service providers at the time of registration. Such licensing should meet the current state or federal licensing requirements for the tasks that the member indicates it will performs in that state as indicated in their Finalcleanup.com profile. Also, Finalcleanup.com will confirm insurance information presented by service providers in their profiles at the time of registration.

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Finalcleanup.com, reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and will notify you of any such changes by posting a notice on the our web site and notify you directly (via email) of such changes.
